FSC Deloitte Future Leaders Award
About the award
The FSC Deloitte Future Leaders Award encourages and recognises young talent in Australia’s wealth management industry. It launches in February each year at an FSC Deloitte Leadership Series Lunch.
We launched the Future Leaders Award program in 2006 and the quality of the submissions and the subsequent winning papers were of such quality that the continuation of the program was assured.
We have been fortunate to have had the support of nationally and internationally respected industry leaders who agree to give their time to judge the topics selected each year.
In devising this award we combined the principles of best people practices - such as mentoring, recognition and international benchmarking - with the need for an innovative approach to today’s industry challenges.
The Prizes
A finalist is selected from each of the award topics, with a panel of judges selecting the overall winner from the finalists.
Deloitte awards the winner an overseas trip including four nights accommodation in an appropriate city where the winner will be mentored by a Deloitte global leader.
A complimentary registration to the FSC Annual Conference in the following year.
Throughout the program, our participants are invited to attend events hosted by Deloitte including a welcome luncheon, a breakfast seminar and an evening reception, where special guest speakers share their views on leadership. The Award presentation is held at an FSC Deloitte Leadership Series Lunch in October/November each year.

Industry Excellence Awards
The Industry Excellence Awards take place at the FSC Annual Conference Gala Dinner each year. The nominees are from our Full Member organisations and make the list for their contribution to the financial services industry above and beyond their roles.
